The Architect

The General Contractor

Ranked as the country’s sixth largest domestic builder, Whiting-Turner Contracting Company provides construction management and general contracting services to clients nationwide. Established in 1909, the firm performs work in the life sciences, healthcare, higher education, senior living, commercial, microelectronics, warehouse and distribution, and mixed-use markets.

The firm is a noted provider of comprehensive construction services for biotechnology, vivarium, biocontainment, pharmaceutical, research and development, and nanotechnology facilities.

Multimedia, Communications and Security Design

Shen Milsom & Wilke, Inc. is an internationally recognized audiovisual / multimedia, telecommunications, acoustical and security consulting firm that provides a full range of design, engineering, and consulting services to meet the needs of owners, architects, engineers and contractors alike.

With these disciplines, SM&W has a substantial depth of experience in new building and renovation projects including worship spaces, corporate headquarters, office towers, convention and training centers, theaters, broadcasting and recording studios, as well cultural, government, healthcare, and education facilities.
