In the Li Ka Shing Center for Learning and Knowledge, we will train a new generation of translational scientists—researchers who are equipped to turn laboratory discoveries into new therapies—and lay the groundwork for as yet unimagined ways to treat and prevent disease. Here, too, we will educate the physicians, health care policymakers, and humanitarians who will lead the way to better health care around the world.
